Just use zip ties, and have a small nail clipper on the side pocket to cut the zip ties once you retrieve your bag. That way, if the zip ties are cut, you know TSA went through your stuff, with a lock, they can simple lock it back up. I carry extra zip ties for return trip.

i wouldnt want premium economy as its a small section that could be very close to crying babies near bulkhead either side of sections... so an oversold flight, it is possible for a economy to go to business?

Can you explain the difference between Companion Pass and Buddy Pass? I believe some airlines offer both, I’m just not sure of the difference. I believe the “Buddy Pass” is where you can fly solo or with another buddy pass recipient…not sure 😮

The only reason why I use locks. Is due to hold the zippers from opening while the hard working luggage employees sometimes throw the luggage like footballs and the luggage open up. I know TSA has a key to unlock it. However is just to keep it safe from opening and spill.
